MISSION
I make work that treats art as a form of healing.
Playwright, poet, and visual artist creating work at the intersection of memory, justice, and transformation.
To create honest, spiritually grounded art at the intersection of the private and the sacred. Work that invites people inward and offers language to those who find it hard to stand up for themselves.
To use art as remembrance: helping people reconnect to themselves, their ancestors and history, and the sacred elements present in our day to day routine. My work counteracts disconnection and offers proof that language or art becomes medicine when offered with devotion.
